Cancellation / No-Show Policy:

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice (excluding weekends or holidays).

Late cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a $50 fee and notices less than 24 hours or no-show appointments are subject to a $100 fee.

While a credit card is necessary to secure bookings, charges are only applied in the event that the aforementioned policy is not adhered to. We acknowledge that emergencies may arise and make every effort to accommodate such situations.
